The BugSquad app starts your subscription off at 10% commission, and then goes down up to 5% commission on every Order you get through the app after we hit a total commission amount of $500 for that billing cycle. Our commission rate will revert at the start of the next billing cycle until you hit $500 in paid commission again.
No, you can have as many branches your business requires. We only charge you for up to 8 active branches your company may have. You can continue to add active branches, but we'll only charge for the price of 8.
Each Branch that is activated or deactivated during a monthly billing cycle will be reflected on your invoice at a pro-rated amount based on when the status change occurred. For example, your company has 1 Branch and is on the "Standard" plan at $50 per branch per month. You activate a new Branch 10 days into your billing period and there are 20 days left in the month. The daily cost for each branch is $50 / 30 days, so we will add a charge for $33.33 ($50 / 30 days x 20 days) to your credit card on file.
